When visiting or opening up an account on our website, My Vacation Specialist, we do not sell or share any of your information with any third parties unless requested by you or in the case where you reached this site via a 3rd party website. Upon opening an account to send us your booking #, you will be required to complete a registration. This information is utilized to send you tips and suggestions for travel. Should you secure your travel plans over the telephone this information is used to book your trip through my Honeymoon Specialist as well as relevant emails for tips and suggestions.
We ask for dietary and medical concerns in relation to your travel arrangement if you book over the phone. If you book online, this information will be given directly to the resort if requested.
For purposes of this Agreement, “Service” refers to the Company’s service which can be accessed via our website at myvacationspecialist.com or through our mobile application. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of Service.
II. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect both “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information” about you. “Non-Personal Information” includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. “Personal Information” includes information that can be used to personally identify you, such as your name, address and email address.
In addition, we may also track information provided to us by your browser or by our mobile application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. In completing a registration form, we will use your information to either 1) send you suggestions and tips for travel (resort, destination and general travel) or 2) utilize the information for My Honeymoon Specialist to book your travel. The form will ask for your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth, passport expiration date, dietary or medical issues, travel dates, name of resort (and if already booked, the booking #). The information will be kept on record until you request that we delete it. By default, WordPress does not include a contact form. If you use a contact form plugin, use this subsection to note what personal data is captured when someone submits a contact form, and how long you keep it. We keep this information for customer service purposes, but you do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Should you book online, you will be booking directly with the resort (and travel insurance) as all links are point to their website. The resorts in this instance retain the information and in order to receive the tips and suggestions, you will need to complete a registration form with us where no information is shared with any 3rd party. Link to their own privacy policies if possible.
By default WordPress does not share any personal data with anyone.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
